    i could only afford that if they applied that Cash for Clunkers thing to SSDs instead of new cars...

    Just wait a year or so and they'll be much more reasonably priced.

    I've installed quite a few here at work and the performance increase is significant. Not to mention they're a lot better in notebooks.
