Saturday might be the best day to ensure the most people can attend. That or after 5pm on a weekday.

Here are a few things I had considered while working on Camelot Unchained. Some basic principles I personally enjoy and think would make a great foundation for the Crowfall division, however, I would like to hear feedback on either the wording, structure, or direction of the division.

    Teamwork
We would like to get back to the roots of our gaming structure with a more teamwork oriented mindset. Everyone WILL be expected to participate in events, help other members, and listen/follow the orders of the leadership while online. Failure to do so will simply result in removal. In return, however, you can expect others to help you and have a fun time in an organized outfit.

Complying members will be able to participate in a guild filled with helpful members that are both knowledgeable and organized. Being able to login and know that you can get help at any time you need it is a wonderful thing. This is the benefit you will be able to receive.
    Tactical Gameplay
We will get people trained up and show them how to work together as a cohesive unit. Players will be pieces to a larger puzzle and must respect that fact. During organized raids people will be expected to use proper communication discipline, utilize situational awareness to call out targets properly and learn to play follow the leader. Failing to perform at a competitive level may result in removal if it harms the cohesiveness of the guild.

Complying members will be able to group up with experienced, battle-hardened veterans who will know both what to do and how to do it. Rather than running around with a group of chickens with no heads you will be at the top of the food chain.
    Chain of Command
In an effort to remove as much negativity as possible every member will be expected to use the chain of command to report issues. Posting negative threads on the forums will be removed with a warning. For TS3 we will lighten the load a bit as everyone gets frustrated at times. So long as it isn't a long diatribe of negativity everyone should just move on.

Complying members will be able to notice a much more enjoyable environment with a clear chain of command. You will know who to go to and for what. This also helps expedite your problems and concerns to individuals that can properly address them allowing for a much more rapid response and result.
    Teamspeak 3
The utilization of this invaluable voice communication software will be REQUIRED while you are online. If for some reason you are unable to login to TS3 you will be expected and REQUIRED to talk with an officer (if available) about not being able to login to TS3 when you login. The first thing you should do after logging into the game is either login to TS3 or talk with an officer about not being able to login to TS3. We will also offer silent channels for those who may be able to login but not speak/hear the chatter.

Complying members will be able to not only receive help on the fly without having to wait for people to read chat, but will also be a part of an enjoyable environment where you can talk, have a good time and make long lasting relationships that will transcend the span of a single game.
    Meritocracy
Regardless of whether you are a Veteran, Member, Officer, CO/XO or XoObie - everyone is created equal and entitled to the various rewards the guild may be able to offer. The only thing holding you back will be yourself. Now not everyone will have the same playtime and we understand that. So if you just hit the game hard, help out and enjoy yourself then you will do fine. Now we won't be able to get everyone everything all at once. So people will need to be patient and understand.

Complying members will be able to get results based on their performance so they will always know where they stand. No one should have to worry about preferential treatment and favoritism.
    Trust & Respect
Members will be expected to trust in the leadership of the division and respect the hard task they have to complete. It isn't an easy task and as such a little respect and trust goes a long way. If you have issues utilize the chain of command to discuss concerns you may have. Discussion of favoritism, stealing, poor leadership, etc will not be tolerated in public when you have alternative outlets to vent your opinions and frustrations. The leadership will be open and forthcoming about as much as they can in return such that the trust and respect can be earned.

Complying members will be able to play in an environment where the glass is always half full rather than half empty. That positivity will spread to other activities you do both in game and in life. As such your enjoyment will increase several fold when you do not have to listen to all the negativity that may result from half-truths and misconceptions. Furthermore, leaders will be more able to help setup activities and run the division rather than have to put out flames. Lastly, members will be more willing to step up and lead when the atmosphere is positive and current leaders will be more enticed to stick around. It is win/win.
    Transparency & Member Involvement
We want the members to be an integral part of the division and we understand that trust and respect should be earned to be most effective. As such you will be sure to expect lots of open communication with the members from the leadership about the direction and goals of the division. We will also utilize detailed spreadsheets of information for any donation/giveaway system if we utilize such a system.

Complying members will be able to see the fruits of their labor and be appreciated as a core element of the guild. They will have input on direction and insight on actions. You will not be left in the dark on subjects that are important to you, barring situations regarding secret operations.
    Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
Any time you have an issue with another member or leader please utilize that chain of command and voice your concerns. Talking ill of people to other members and leaders will be treated as being toxic to the community and may result in removal. We encourage anyone with positive criticism to post a thread about what they think can be done better or differently. Likewise if you cannot keep it positive use the messaging system to let an officer or another leader know. Drama will simply not be allowed and the infraction system will be used if needed.

Complying members may see this as a reoccurring topic and it is because of how important it is to the guild and it's health. A positive environment opens up more doors for the member. Staying positive and relaying information in proper fashion will not only result in a higher chance of getting your actions taken seriously but it will even increase the likelihood of your comments being acted on.
    Attitude
We may not be the best or achieve everything in the way we want but we will make every effort to establish ourselves in yet another game. We do not want members to settle for mediocrity or settle period. We want people to try their best to become stronger and better at whatever tasks they or the guild set. As such every member will be expected to have the desire to become better and employ a strong and effective work ethic in achieving both personal and guild goals. All we are really asking is that you try and not give up!

Complying members will be able to play with other like-minded individuals that will try their best to become better both as a player and as a critical unit of the guild.

    Common Misconceptions
    • Xen of Onslaught is not solely focused on world/server firsts. Our primary function is to have fun. We just happen to achieve a lot as we progress. We will make attempts at server/world first content as they present themselves but do not expect them going into the game.
    • We are not "Super Militaristic" - meaning we are not perfect and given our size may not be the most organized, most focused, or the best. We will always strive to achieve something and that work may lead to us being the best, but again our primarily goal is structured around teamwork and having fun.
    • A lot of people think that because we have been around for a long time or that because we have so many achievements it will be sooth sailing. We do our best to provide a positive, competitive, and awesome gaming environment for our members but there will be the occasional drama or issue. We will, however, always work to overcome these obstacles together as a cohesive unit

Basically voted for the days I am likely to be free (or don't have to take time away from the g/f since she will be out). Also later times since those I imagine those times are in EST and evening times allows us central or west side people to attend.

Topics I would like to see covered:

    Goals/Objectives (going into the game)
    Discussion on Leadership Structure
Crossover of our player-base with Camelot Unchained
Random banter about Archtypes you are excited for
Plans on when to open recruitment to the public and start our xenlike propagande campaign
Let's talk numbers count and how big we would like the divisions to be (pros and cons)
How handsome Kyoji is on a scale of korean to Ashley Madison cheating potential

Edit: Just saw the new post; will comment on it later

You might want to create a separate thread for the post of the structure there kyoji. But I'm available most evenings after 9pm. Depending on how long these meetings take. And because I'm not running this particular meeting.... lol it shouldn't take long.

I will try my best to attend, however being in Australia the time zones suck to match up.
