Xen of Onslaught is a semi-hardcore PvE Horde raiding guild on
US-Sargeras and raid 7-11pm CST Tuesday-Thursday for 25 man raids.
This may include "old content" based on attendance, class makeup, and
possible hard mode encounters.

We have Opened Recruitment for all Classes. We are Opening up this Opportunity to see what is Available to Further Improve Our Roster, We are looking for Exceptional Applicants to Progress through ICC Hard Modes and beyond.
Raids begin at 7:00 with attendance credit being granted then. While we sometimes have a requirement to switch in other members, priority will be given to those on-time as often as possible.
If you cannot make a raid, need to leave early, or will be late arriving, you must notify the officers/raid leaders as soon as possible. We prefer forum notification in our Late Forum, but it is more important that we know prior to raid so we can plan accordingly to minimize delays and attempt content best suited for those available. While posts can be made any time up to raid, we ask that you post as early as you know you will miss a raid and remind us about it closer to the time should the original post be more than a week prior to the event missed. Raiders that cannot make raids will be accommodated as much as possible, but people that repeatedly fail to let us know about conflicts will forfeit their raid spot or lose their ranking on loot priority.
Consumables such as Flasks, elixirs food, and potions maximize performance. Raiders are expected to be prepared with all such materials should the guild be unable to provide them.
Teamspeak3 and a WORKING microphone are expected for all members. Specific instructions on the fly do not have time to be typed and typed responses in the heat of battle often get overlooked.
Above all, Raiders are expected to PREPARED. We help with consumables, enchanting mats, crafting materials, and even strategies. Raid leaders have enough to worry about without having to teach people how to play their characters or force them to prepare for the content. We will do our best to make raiding fun and successful but you must be willing to do your part and exceed our expectations.

1. Respect the guild. We have history. Wear our guild tag with pride.
2. Respect your guildies. It's not hard. Be nice. Don't pick fights. Life is too fricken short.
3. Get on TeamSpeak3. Make some friends dammit or go back to playing Solitaire in your cubicle.
4. Contribute something. Gasp! Yes. . . we mean give something! Positivity, advice, tech skills, art skills, plain hard cash. XoO deserves it.
5. Chill out and have fun. We play games. Try to put the zen in Xen.
